Sunshine

I'm so elated it's April (and that's no joke)...the sun actually peeked through this weekend and it seemed like everyone was a little more jovial. We've had a LOT of gray days in my corner of the world.

So, what better color to update our exterior with than YELLOW! Gotta love those resilient little pansies that will carry us through until things warm up for good.
I hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing weekend...and a Happy Easter if it's something you celebrate. Here are just a few snapshots of what our weekend looked like.
Is the sun shining where you are today? I hope so...and if not, just wait, it'll be there soon!!

Have a wonderful start to your week!

Love the yellow, its so uplifting and happy! I am so happy spring seems to finally be here, albeit slowly, yes the sun is shining and I think its safe to say (hope I am not proven wrong) that old man winter has made his final exit! Enjoy your day and hope you had a happy Easter!

Oh I love the pansies! So happy and pretty!
I must admit that I am a winter girl, but love spring minus the allergies. I have a planting bug now, so we will see what I create.
Love the Easter pictures.
Happy Monday.

No; we had a rainy and dreary Easter weekend. Thank goodness. We need rain badly as the past autumn and winter brought us nearly none. We are short six inches for the year. Perhaps we will get it intermittently this month!

Your yellow flowers are so cheery!! It looks like you had a lovely Easter.

I am off to Charleston today for my niece's wedding...should be a fun/hectic week.
Enjoy this sunshine! xoxox

Your Easter Bunnies are darling Elizabeth. Glad to hear you are getting a little sunshine and the yellow flowers are perfect to add a little sunshine to your planters.

We had a sunny weekend here in Seattle.. a rare moment at this time of year. Usually Easter weekend is rainy and cold (I always feel so bad for the kids that are trying to enjoy an outdoor Easter egg hunt!)

I've been gone for a while (vacationing with my family). It's nice to be back but it's hectic. I came back to a heavy work load, two birthdays and a wedding ..all this week! It's a good thing I'm rested!!

Happy Monday!!

We had such a beautifully warm day yesterday... until it rained and temps plunged 10 degrees. Seems like winter wants to stay a bit. But your sunny yellow puts a smile on our face!
